HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN & EXCHANGE
We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Something not quite right? No worries! Email your order number and a list of your concerns to Amanda@suttondolls.com and we’d be happy to help with an exchange and we’ll send you a return shipping label!
GARMENT CONDITION
Garments are only accepted if they are retuned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If a garment sent back does not match its original condition, you will not receive a refund. If you receive an order that is damaged please immediately send a list of concerns and pictures to Amanda@suttondolls.com and we will fix the problem.
TIMELINE
All orders have a 14 day return policy after order is received. If a garment is returned after the 14 day window, you will receive store credit. Returns and exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process. All refunds are processed after order is sent back and received. Any additional questions about refunds can be sent to Amanda@suttondolls.com.
FINAL SALE
All styles that are listed as final sale are non-refundable. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for any final sale item. All face masks are final sale.
